Ingredients
Zobo leaves 2cups
Water 1 litre
Ginger 3 big roots (fresh or dried)
Cloves 1 tablespoon
Pineapple peel 2cups
Lime 1
Jolly/joccy kola juice (sweetener) 1
Procedure
Pour the water into a big pot
Pour in the zobo, ginger, clovers, pineapple,
Cut the lime and put it inside
Allow to cook for 1-2hours
Allow to sit in the water for 12hours
Seive using a clean cloth
Then add the sweetener
You can add a little more water at this stage depending on your desired thickness.
Pour into cans and keep refrigerated.
